During his 43-year career, Maan built and exited many successful companies, and invested in, and mentored many others.

As a philanthropist, Maan recently founded Hexa, an Innovation eco-system consisting of 6 global companies; Hexa Ventures, a Venture Studio, TechGenies, a global software development company, Mindtap, a Marketing agency, GoGenies, a sales and support augmentation firm, and TechZillion, a coworking operation in Richardson, Texas and 2 other locations globally.

As an investor, Maan founded TrenData, an AI-based, predictive analytics company, and acquired People360, an HR Tech company. Globally, Maan founded over 12 companies in all 5 continents, and invested in over 30.

As a corporate executive between 1980 and 1994, Maan held senior positions with PageNet, the largest paging company in the world at the time, and telecommunications conglomerate GTE (currently Verizon).

Maan received his BEEE in computer systems engineering from the American University in Beirut and an M.B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin. He also pursued doctoral studies in economics at the University of South Florida.

Maan sits on the board of few companies and is a philanthropist, having established, with the help of his wife Weeda, a global education foundation (www.EducationUnbound.com) for the benefit of disadvantaged kids. The nonprofit acquired NuMinds Enrichment and works on promoting STEAM education globally.

I drive collaboration across product, engineering, marketing, and customer success teams to scale our delivery model, improve retention, and accelerate growth.

Passionate about building high-performing technology teams, I bring over 23 years of comprehensive experience blending executive leadership and technical prowess. I've excelled as a Full Stack Developer for more than two decades, coupled with over 15 years in management roles.

Throughout my career, I've spearheaded global Software Projects for industry giants like Hitss, Flextronics, Mars Electronics, and Herbalife. As a Project Manager, my leadership steered worldwide initiatives, delivering exceptional results. Notably, at JaguarLabs, as Operations Director and General Manager, I orchestrated the formation of several highly proficient Software Development Teams. These teams successfully executed over 320 mobile and web projects across diverse technologies and countries. Jaguar Labs achieved the prestigious CMMi level 4 certification. Our track record boasted a 100% on-time project delivery rate, earning a 92% customer satisfaction score. This achievement propelled a 40% surge in sales and secured our recognition as one of CIO Review's top 20 most promising mobile development companies globally.

Presently at MyMPT, I drive collaborative efforts with clients, crafting immensely successful technical teams adept in diverse roles and cutting-edge technologies. From ETL, DBA, Scrum Masters, Back End, Front End, to Web API & Microservices, Data Science, AI, UI/UX, Analysts, Testers, Project Managers, and IT Support, our Mexican Power Teams have enabled US companies to significantly reduce payroll expenses by 30%-50% while maintaining top-notch execution and performance levels.

In the area of mentoring, Judy has designed and delivered workshops, training, and a complete mentoring methodology. Judy’s mentoring process is the foundation of People360’s mentoring solution we know today. Beyond mentoring,  her thought leadership articles on talent development have been published in journals such as The Diversity Journal and Industrial and Commercial Training and she has spoken at many conferences throughout her career.
